If you have ever dreamt of a frozen chocolate peanut butter cup then this is the recipe for you. I have previously uploaded many ice cream recipes using an ice cream maker but since many of you don't have an ice cream maker at home and were looking for ice cream recipes, I thought that this no-churn "nice cream" would be perfect for all of you.

"Nice Cream" is basically a much healthier version of ice cream. Frozen bananas make a thick and creamy base without the requirement of cream and eggs. Maple syrup or honey replace sugar as the traditional sweetener. The best part is that it can be ready in minutes!

If you like a soft serve consistency then consume immediately but if you prefer a more traditional harder ice cream texture then freeze for an hour. If you use overripe bananas then you don't even need to use much maple syrup or honey. The combination of chocolate, banana and peanut butter is a match made in heaven!
