The best guacamole recipe which uses really fresh, healthy ingredients and is a total hit at any party!

2 ripe avocados
¼ onion (chopped very fine)
1 small tomato (deseeded and finely diced)
2 large garlic clove (minced)
1 lime juice
3 tbsp coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp jalapeños (chopped)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Chop your avocados roughly and put them in a bowl with the tomatoes, onion, garlic, coriander, jalapeños, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Mash with a fork or potato masher till it is as chunky or smooth as you like. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or with any other mexican dish.
