With this easy to make oat flour recipe, you never need to buy store-bought oat flour again! Perfect to use for baking.

 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if required)

Add the oats to a blender or food processor. Blend until the oats are a fine powder.

If you want to be really finicky then sift the oats powder and remove the slightly larger bits that do not pass through. I never bother with this step though and just use the oat flour once it is blended.
